智通财经获悉，灵宝黄金(03330)盘中涨超5%，截至发稿，涨3.29%，报15.72港元，成交额2.36亿港元。
消息面上，灵宝黄金昨晚发盈喜，集团预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月录得收入约人民币79亿元至人民币81亿元，同比增加约1%至4%；净利润约9.5亿元至10.5亿元，同比增加约42%至57%。纯利表现得益于上半年稳定推进生产经营，持续推动降本增效措施严格落实，并得益于主要产品黄金价格上涨；集团于2026年4月2日完成St Barbara Mining Pty Ltd(目标公司)的50%+1股股权的认购交易，目标公司的核心资产为位于巴布亚新几内亚的Simberi在产金矿。
