人民财讯7月13日电，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅发布关于完善自然资源资产管理制度体系的意见。主要目标是：到2030年，自然资源资产管理制度体系更加健全，履职主体更加明确、资产家底更加清晰、整体保护更加有力、资产配置更加高效、考核监督更加完善，各类自然资源资产和全部国土空间得到有效保护，自然资源资产管理水平明显提升。到2035年，自然资源资产管理体制机制运转顺畅，系统完备的自然资源资产管理制度体系全面建立，自然资源资产管理水平全面提升。
