7月13日，智联招聘发布《2026职场人求职盲区调研报告》，调研发现，“个人定位模糊”是求职最大绊脚石，47%的应届生面试中自我介绍技巧不足，提前模拟演练是高效解法；52%的受访者已尝试AI辅助求职，应届生群体使用比例达到66%； “终身伙伴”的期待已成共识，近9成受访者对专属AI求职工具感兴趣，7成以上受访者最希望AI工具能自动匹配岗位并支持简历定制，实现智能代理。
