大连市气象台7月13日8时30分发布暴雨、强对流蓝色预警：
预计7月13日20时至14日20时，全市有大雨到暴雨（30～80毫米），其中庄河市和长海县等地局部大暴雨（降雨量100～200毫米）。降雨期间可能伴有短时强降雨（最大小时雨量30～50毫米、局部可达60～80毫米）、雷暴大风（最大风力8～9级）、雷电等强对流天气。请注意防范。
