格隆汇7月13日｜据市场消息，立邦涂料在三周前向阿克苏诺贝尔装饰漆业务提出首次报价，并于上周提出后续报价，对该业务的估值为75亿欧元（约合86亿美元）。据悉，阿克苏诺贝尔管理层尚未就该报价与立邦接触，也未向股东通报。知情人士称，最终决定尚未做出，立邦涂料可能选择放弃收购。
