7月9日，沙某（男，49岁）为博取关注，将其3年前拍摄的奉贤区光明镇农村道路被水淹没的视频发布上网，并称系“下雨下的”，使群众误认为此次台风已造成内涝等严重情况，造成不良社会影响。目前，沙某因虚构事实扰乱公共秩序已被奉贤警方依法处以行政拘留。
