7月9日晚，甘肃省临夏市遭遇强降水天气，导致部分区域出现内涝，当地迅速启动应急响应，组织多方力量连夜开展排涝作业。当晚暴雨过后，雨势逐渐变小。截至目前，降雨还在持续，道路清淤作业仍在进行中。
