新京报讯（记者曹晶瑞）平谷升级发布洪水黄色预警。7月11日14时至12日14时，蓟运河流域泃河、豹子峪石河、黄松峪石河、将军关石河、洳河上游、熊儿寨石河、鱼子山石河、夏各庄石河、北寨石河、后北宫河、土门石河、红石坎沟、彰作河等可能出现黄色预警等级洪水，平谷区水务局升级发布洪水黄色预警，提醒市民远离河道，确保自身安全。
