英国廉价航司易捷航空7月10日宣布，原则上同意美国阿波罗资产管理公司提出的57亿英镑收购要约。此前几日，易捷航空曾表示接受美国私募股权公司城堡湖的收购。
当日，易捷航空发布声明说，阿波罗资产管理公司对其的估值为每股7.15英镑，高于城堡湖公司每股6.90英镑的出价。分析师表示，后者55亿英镑的报价低估了易捷航空的价值。（新华财经）
