7月10日20时40分，省气象台变更暴雨蓝色预警，预警区域为朔州市南部、大同市南部、忻州市、太原市、阳泉市、吕梁市、晋中市、临汾市。
预计未来24小时预警区域降雨量将达50毫米以上，局部伴有雨强30毫米/小时以上的短时强降水。各级政府及相关部门按照职责做好防暴雨准备工作。（记者张丽媛）
