北京时间7月10日，步行者官方宣布，球队和科比-布朗签下了一份双向合同。
布朗是2023年的30号秀，他在快船效力了前两个半赛季，随后在二月交易截止日涉及伊维察-祖巴茨的交易中被送至步行者。
上赛季，布朗代表步行者出战27场比赛，场均出战24.7分钟，得到9.4分、4.9个篮板和2.0次助攻。
