智通财经APP讯，国际永胜集团(06663)公布，于2026年7月10日，公司直接全资附属IWS Security System Holdings Limited完成向N1 Solutions Limited出售国际永胜和壹科技有限公司51%股权及销售贷款，总代价为929.76万港元。
考虑到集团目前的财务状况及业务营运，董事认为出售事项为公司变现集团于目标公司的权益提供良机。出售事项的所得款项将改善集团的财务状况及增加其一般营运资金。
