7月10日，赣锋锂业（002460.SZ）公告，公司于2026年7月10日收到江西省宜春市人民检察院送达的《不起诉决定书》，依据相关法律法规，决定对公司不起诉。公司此前于2024年7月因交易“ST江特”股票构成内幕交易被证监会江西监管局行政处罚，已缴纳全部罚没款项并完成整改；2025年12月29日因涉嫌内幕交易单位犯罪被移送检察机关审查起诉。本次检察院决定不起诉为案件最终结果。
