中国中冶公告称，公司近期在香港联交所和上海证券交易所进行股份回购。7月2 - 10日，在香港联交所累计回购约1467.4万股，涉及金额约2035.89万港元；7月10日，在上海证券交易所回购9751.3万股，付出价格总额2500.07万元。公司可根据购回授权回购股份总数为2.84亿股，目前已回购股份占比0.52%，暂止期至2026年8月9日。
