今天（10日）上午，上海合作组织授予老挝人民民主共和国对话伙伴地位备忘录签署仪式在北京举行。
在去年举行的天津峰会上，成员国元首一致同意接收老挝为对话伙伴。截至目前，上合组织已拥有10个正式成员国、2个观察员国和包括老挝在内的15个对话伙伴。
