水利部于今天（7月10日）针对浙江、福建2省启动洪水防御Ⅳ级应急响应。受台风“巴威”和冷空气共同影响，7月11日—12日，闽江、瓯江、钱塘江上游及沿海诸河将出现明显涨水过程，闽江、瓯江可能发生编号洪水，浙江、福建沿海潮位站可能普遍超警，山丘区山洪灾害风险较大。
