在这道美食中，香菇的醇香与鲜嫩的肉片相互衬托，互为衬色，更显得香气诱人。香菇特有的香浓味道与炒肉结合得恰到好处，咬上一口，香鲜爽滑，唇齿留香。鲜嫩的猪肉与香浓的香菇相结合，给人的口感如同自然的赠礼，带来极致的满足感。

1.准备食材，新鲜瘦肉一块，香菇适量，青红辣椒各适量，生姜大蒜头适量，一道美好的美食，食材的搭配也很重要，你们说对吗？

2.首先把瘦肉切成肉片，厚薄一定要均匀哦，然后放入碗中码味去腥，加适量盐，料酒，胡椒粉，少许生抽，一点点老抽上色，然后用手抓拌均匀，接着放入适量干淀粉再次抓匀腌制备用！

3.其余食材都清洗干净，然后把香菇切成片，生姜大蒜头剁成颗粒，青红辣椒切成块（如图所示）！

4.准备就绪下面我们开始制作，首先起锅烧水，水开之后倒入香菇片焯水，煮开之后半分钟左右即可捞出控水！

5.再次起锅烧油，油热以后倒入肉片滑散至定型即可捞出控油，一定不要炸得太久哦！
