中投金融科技公告称，公司执行董事王强获委任为董事会主席、郑美程获委任为董事会副主席，均于2026年7月9日起生效。王强持有公司约19.5%股份，有权收取董事酬金每月8万港元及年终酌情花红；郑美程有权收取月薪15.05万港元及年终酌情花红。
