7月9日，盛屯矿业（600711.SH）公告称，公司全资孙公司Preeminence曾于2026年4月8日拟收购Nkoyi 50%的股权。截至公告披露日，Nkoyi已完成股东名册变更，董事及高管变更也完成登记备案，Preeminence已取得Nkoyi 50%股权，公司已按《股份购买协议》约定支付股权收购价款。
