7月9日，人工智能芯片制造商Cerebras Systems当地时间7月9日发布声明称，计划2027年年底前将其欧洲AI基础设施的算力总容量扩展至200兆瓦，并于今年年内启用在欧洲的首座数据中心。该公司称，正为2027年储备大量资源，计划在挪威和芬兰建设数据中心。
