新华社首尔7月9日电（记者张粲）韩国大法院（最高法院）9日针对韩国前总统尹锡悦涉嫌妨碍逮捕案作出裁定，维持二审有期徒刑7年的判决。
这是韩国“12·3”紧急戒严事件后，韩国最高法院首次就尹锡悦相关案件作出裁定。（完）
