新京报贝壳财经讯（记者张晓慧）7月7日，新京报贝壳财经记者注意到，星尘智能已完成工商变更，正式更名为星尘智能（深圳）人工智能科技股份有限公司，企业类型由“有限责任公司”变更为“股份有限公司（港澳台投资、未上市）。”
星尘智能成立于2022年12月，为绳驱AI机器人公司。今年6月，星尘智能宣布完成B轮系列融资，估值突破百亿元，公司历次融资投资方包括云启资本、德迅、经纬、锦秋、蚂蚁等。
