7月8日，蒙泰高新（300876.SZ）宣布，公司特定股东郭鸿江和郭丽娜的股份减持计划已全部完成。郭鸿江减持前持股比例为13.17%，减持后降至11.19%；郭丽娜减持前持股比例为1.06%，减持后降至0.06%。郭鸿江通过大宗交易减持302.97万股，减持均价11.8元，占总股本1.99%；郭丽娜通过集中竞价交易减持133.54万股，减持均价21.31元，占总股本0.88%。
