深圳证券交易所7月7日消息，大连奥托股份有限公司（简称“奥托股份”）在创业板上市进程显示“已问询”。
奥托股份是国内汽车焊装设备领域的头部企业，主要从事汽车、储能等行业智能生产线和智能装备的研发、生产、销售和服务。
根据招股书，奥托股份拟募资11亿元，其中，2.5亿元用于补充流动资金。
