7月7日，盛香亭热卤于服务号发文表示，台风“美莎克”侵袭广西，多地遭遇严重洪涝灾害。团队决定：原定7月10日上新的广西风味全系列产品，线下静默上架，线上调整减少宣发和互动。同时团队也已向广西慈善联合总会捐赠了100万元，用于一线救援与受灾地区恢复支持。后续也会持续关注广西救灾进展，提供更多力所能及的支持。
