近日，国家标准化管理委员会批准发布384项推荐性国家标准。由全国旅游标准化技术委员会归口及执行的《旅游购物场所服务质量要求》《旅游景区智慧化运营管理要求》《旅行社老年旅游服务要求》《无障碍旅游服务规范 旅游饭店》位列其中。
《旅游购物场所服务质量要求》《旅行社老年旅游服务要求》《无障碍旅游服务规范 旅游饭店》三项标准将于2026年8月1日起实施，《旅游景区智慧化运营管理要求》将于2026年11月1日起实施。
