兰州黄河7月7日公告，公司董事会于7月6日收到公司董事、总裁郭丽丽提交的书面辞职报告。郭丽丽因工作调整原因，申请辞去公司总裁职务，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。公司董事会同意聘任谭岳鑫为公司总裁，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至公司第十二届董事会任期届满之日止。同时，公司董事会同意聘任郭丽丽为公司副总裁。
