京东通过旗下公司以7.5亿港元收购远东发展旗下一处位于香港油麻地的物业项目公司，该资产当前正由酒店改造为学生宿舍，预计2026年下半年完工。交易完成后，原运营方仍将继续负责为期三年的运营管理，并向项目提供每年4500万港元的最低保证收入，对应年化收益约6%。该物业后续将长期用于学生住宿用途。
