7月6日，湖南隆回县持续强降雨，县域内河流水位大幅上涨。18时许，司门前镇一桥梁发生垮塌，致2名行人落水失联。
情况发生后，隆回县启动应急预案，应急管理、公安、消防救援等部门赶赴现场，搜救工作正在全力进行中。目前，具体原因正在进一步核查中，相关后续工作正有序推进。
