7月6日，奇德新材（300995）发布公告，陈云峰申请辞去董事会秘书职务，邓艳群申请辞去财务总监职务。离任后，陈云峰继续担任职工董事、常务副总经理等职务，邓艳群继续在公司担任其他职务。
同时，公司召开第五届董事会第四次会议，同意聘任邓艳群为董事会秘书，聘任何翠华为财务总监。
2026年一季度，奇德新材实现收入9176万元，归母净利润687万元。
