7月6日，朗姿股份（002612）发布公告，根据该公告附件所列企业名单，公司被取消2023年至2025年度的高新技术企业资格。
公告指出，公司被取消高新技术企业资格对公司经营业绩的具体影响须待税务机关进一步明确，最终以公司的后续披露为准。
2026年一季度，朗姿股份实现收入16.09亿元，归母净利润4934万元。
