据21世纪经济报道，全球连锁零售巨头7-Eleven（Seven-Eleven Inc.）正式向美国得克萨斯州北区联邦地区法院提交诉状，将运动品牌龙头耐克（Nike, Inc.）推上被告席。7-Eleven指控耐克即将于7月11日发售的新款Air Max 95Big Bubble QS 2（货号IR1944-102），在鞋身侧条纹采用与自家标志性橙、绿、红三色横向条纹高度近似的配色组合，且刻意将发售日选定在7-Eleven年度品牌促销日“7-Eleven Day”。
