福建省政和县近年来探索互助养老新模式，通过盘活闲置资源，着力打造以“不离乡土、不离乡邻、不离乡音、不离乡愁”为鲜明特色的乡镇级“幸福里”社区。此类社区集安养、服务、互助于一体，有效改善了农村老年群体生活质量，增强了其获得感与幸福感。
