中国经济网焦作7月6日综合报道 7月3日，河南省焦作市十四届人大常委会举行第三十一次会议。会议接受刘冰同志辞去焦作市人民政府市长职务，决定任命薛崇林同志为焦作市人民政府副市长、代理市长。
薛崇林，1979年1月生，大学，工学学士，中共党员，曾任安阳市委常委，市政府副市长、党组副书记。
