食材:
老黄瓜1条、薏仁/赤小豆/扁豆各15g、红萝卜1根、猪骨400g、蜜枣2粒、陈皮1小块
做法:
1. 薏仁、赤小豆、扁豆洗干净,干锅小火炒到微黄出香味;
2. 老黄瓜去瓤切大块,红萝卜滚刀切,猪骨焯水;
3. 所有食材入锅,大火烧开转小火煲1.5小时,加盐调味。
