7月4日，河南洛阳市应急管理局发布情况通报——
7月4日17时12分，洛栾高速嵩县段一辆大巴车突发自燃。事发后，驾驶员第一时间组织全体乘客快速疏散至道路安全区域，未发生人员被困、受伤。17时49分，现场明火已扑灭。相关人员已全部得到妥善安置。车辆起火原因正在进一步调查。
