上海市气象台7月4日12时17分发布中心城区大风蓝色预警信号：预计未来12小时内，虹口区、黄浦区、静安区、普陀区、徐汇区、杨浦区将出现阵风6-8级的大风，请注意防范大风对高空作业、交通出行等的不利影响。目前，上海中心城区“雷电黄+大风蓝”双预警高挂，请注意防范。
