7月3日，秦港股份（601326/03369）发布公告，陕西鼓风机案为终审判决，法院驳回上诉，维持原判，驳回陕西鼓风机对公司及公司分公司的诉讼请求，涉案金额约为3.8亿元。江铜案一审判决也驳回江铜对公司的诉讼请求，涉案金额约为5.17亿元。
2026年一季度，秦港股份实现收入16.74亿元，归母净利润4.28亿元。
