湖北孝感市气象台7月3日10时59分升级暴雨预警信号为红色。过去1小时，孝昌白沙已出现40毫米以上降雨，预计未来3小时，孝昌部分乡镇仍有40-60毫米降水，阵风7-9级并伴有雷电，山区山洪、地质灾害、中小河流洪水、城乡积涝风险极高，请特别加强防范。
