北京时间7月3日，据ESPN名记Shams报道，塔里-伊森与火箭签下5年8150万美元的合同，该合同为全额保障。
Shams表示：“消息人士告诉ESPN，受限制自由球员塔里-伊森已同意与休斯顿火箭队签订一份为期五年、总值8150万美元的合同，重返球队。该合同对伊森而言完全有保障。”
上赛季，伊森为火箭出战60场，场均可以得到10.6分6.2篮板1.5助攻1.2抢断0.5盖帽。
