7月2日，巨轮智能（002031）发布公告，控股股东吴潮忠所持有的7642万股股份办理质押，占其持有股份的29.48%及公司总股本的3.48%。截至公告披露日，吴潮忠累计质押股份为2.41亿股，占其所持股份的93.05%及公司总股本的10.96%。
2026年一季度，巨轮智能实现收入1.18亿元，归母净利润-3584万元。
