据气象部门预报，南海热带低压将于7月2日发展为台风，3日下午至晚上在海南岛东部沿海登陆，并于4日下午至晚上在广西沿海到越南北部沿海再次登陆。受其影响，预计3-5日，海南岛、广东、广西等地的部分地区将先后有大到暴雨，局部地区有大暴雨到特大暴雨。
