当地时间1日，消息人士称，伊朗代表团在当天于卡塔尔首都多哈举行的美伊间接会谈中要求分阶段执行此前达成的谅解备忘录，重点执行伊朗被冻结资产相关条款。伊朗方面要求解冻其被冻结资产并将其提供给伊朗央行，被解冻资金将用于食品供应。
