近日，美国空军公开发布了代号为AFLRW的新型超远程空空导弹项目招标公告。根据目前透露的信息，该导弹项目最为引人注目的地方是其惊人的最大射程——美国空军要求至少要达到约1852公里，远远超过此前刚刚露面的AIM-260和美国海军正在测试的AIM-174B远程空空导弹。
