人民财讯7月1日电，渤海租赁(000415)7月1日公告，控股子公司Avolon下属子公司与Frontier签署了《Aircraft Sale Agreement》及相关附属协议，Avolon通过其下属子公司向Frontier购买11架A321NEO订单飞机资产。以空客公司公布的2018年目录价格，上述飞机资产目录价格合计约为14.25亿美元（折合人民币约97.19亿元）。
