北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 宋雨盈）7月1日，精华制药发布公告称，公司于近日收到第六届董事会成员陆健的书面辞职报告。陆健因工作安排，申请辞去公司非独立董事职务，其原定任期至公司第六届董事会届满。辞职后陆健不再担任公司及子公司任何职务。
