鉴于刘德涉嫌严重违法，姜飞月涉嫌严重职务违法，依照《中国人民政治协商会议章程》和《政协内蒙古自治区委员会常务委员会工作规则》，中国人民政治协商会议第十三届内蒙古自治区委员会第十七次会议决定，免去刘德、姜飞月政协第十三届内蒙古自治区委员会常务委员职务，撤销政协第十三届内蒙古自治区委员会委员资格。
