格隆汇6月30日｜日本专为外国创业者而设的经营管理签证（Business Manager Visa）去年10月收紧条例，把最低资本要求从500万日元（约3万9900新元）提高至3000万日元，并新增管理经验、学历和日语能力等要求。这导致签证申请人数由每月平均约1700份大跌96%，至目前仅约70份。
