为保障消费者充分享受汽车报废更新和置换更新政策红利，经研究决定，自2026年7月1日起，个人消费者在菏泽购买新车的(以菏泽市内新车《机动车销售统一发票》载明的开票日期为准)，同时符合汽车报废更新或置换更新政策要求的，无需领取补贴资格，可直接申报补贴。后续将根据资金使用情况视情对政策进行调整，敬请关注。
