齐鲁网·闪电新闻6月30日讯2011年，和王和新同村的一名高中生溺亡，母亲哭得撕心裂肺。那一年，济南市章丘区黄河街道接连四名少年葬身黄河，每一场打捞救援王和新都在场，却从未等来一次奇迹。自此，他走上黄河岸边，一守就是15年。他说，也许远离危险水域是避免溺水悲剧最好的办法。
